Refund and Returns Policy

We promise to deliver your product on time, in perfect condition, and exactly as described on our website. Prior to shipping, each item must pass a rigorous quality control process. Within three days, you can return your purchases. You may still decide to return the ordered products for a variety of reasons, though.

What can be returned?

• If the product isn’t as represented on the website’s photographs and     description, you won’t like it. Product isn’t what it was advertised to be, or it’s     broken or flawed.

Products in following categories cannot be returned:

• You cannot exchange a faulty but utilised (shrinkage, stitched) product.

 

All products intended to be returned must be in following conditions:

• The product must not be used.
• The product is in its original packaging and must be utilised unless it is faulty before being returned.
• There are labels on the products.
• All goods that are returned will be examined for compliance with the aforementioned return policies. Products that do not adhere to the aforementioned requirements will be returned to the customer’s address.

Who will bear the courier cost?

• The firm will be in responsibility of replacing the goods and will cover all courier fees.

Notification of return:

• Within 14 days after delivery, you must notify us that you want to return some or all of the items in order for us to accept a return.
• The customer must contact us at 03 190 117 391 for customer support.
• Our customer service representatives will give you the location of the nearest office where a return should be submitted.
• Upon receipt of the product, our team will process the customer’s request for a refund or a replacement order.
• Within 72 hours of the buyer providing their information, the refund will be  sent. All terms and conditions shown on the newly ordered goods will be applied if the client has requested a replacement item, which will be treated as a new order.
